it’s a really enjoyable pain
and by “really enjoyable pain” I think it really means the the sub culture of getting a tattoo. I have never had a tattoo, so I am not saying I know better, but sometimes I feel it is just the social culture saying that the pain is enjoyable. It’s like you can only get a tattoo if you endure the pain of getting one. Maybe it is enjoyable? I wound not know and everyone has their opinion and experience. But I just want people to be aware of what might be preconceived ideas of society thrown into your heads. If you say it hurts, you are a wimp, but oh if you enjoy it then you are apart of the whole culture “it’s a good burn”. Make you really “feel it” and so forth. So yeah maybe it is a good kind of burn. But maybe it is also a little bit apart of the culture too.
